About Marie

Yoga teacher, certified by Yoga Alliance, in Paris, I guide meditations and body yoga sessions. I have had nothing but enthusiastic and grateful feedback from my guidance. I suggest, propose, with gentleness and humor. I share with you this exploration of well-being.

Yogic practices have been a revelation for me. It is a way to reconnect, to listen to my intuition, to live fully, to explore and refine my understanding of life, to spend quality time in consciousness. Through its holistic approach, one takes care of one's body, maintains it, brings balance, strength but also relaxation, letting go, on the short term, and just as interesting and relevant, on the long term. We bring the breath, the concentration and let ourselves be carried. Our posture changes, we reconnect with an inner, inherent calm. This harmonization impacts our body in its entirety, its subtle zones, our nervous system as well as our relationship with life, with ourselves and therefore with others.

I offer private lessons at home, in studios, in associations and accompany in one to one those who want to go further.

About the lesson

My classes are fun, accessible to all, to the curious, to beginners and to practitioners, whatever the shape of their body and flexibility. Lasting about an hour, they transmit relaxation, softness, benevolence, joy, lightness, well-being and Yogic wisdom. It is a gentle return to oneself, we reconnect and explore. We are interested in sensations and breathing, more than in performance.

They are oriented towards the use of asanas (postures) as a meditative tool, of exploration, of energetic cleansing. Softness, benevolence, relaxation, joy and consciousness. We allow ourselves this time to emerge, revitalized, lighter, calmer, perhaps even inspired. We trust our practice, its impacts and its concrete, pragmatic tools that we then cultivate in our daily lives. I draw inspiration from many techniques (Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar) and from the essence of Yoga itself, from its aspiration to recognize your potential, your freedom, joy and inner peace that are just waiting for your green light to reveal yourself.
