I am a Certified Yoga teacher having pursued my Yoga teacher training from the oldest institute of Yoga in India - The Yoga Institute in Santa Cruz, Mumbai, India. Having worked as a software professional for 10+ years, I know the side effects that come from desk jobs, and the toll it takes on both body and mind. Dear student, I conduct individual and small group classes for beginners and generally fit individuals, both online and in-person.
A typical class structure includes Kriyas for Shuddhi (cleansing), Conditioning, Warm-ups, Surya namaskar, Asanas, breathing exercises, Pranayama, Dhyana, verbal knowledge of yoga, ayurveda and holistic lifestyle, ending with OM chanting.
The classes are for 8+ year olds and adults. You will feel rejuvenated after each session, and your body and mind control will grow stronger with each passing day.
With the increased levels of stress these days for adults and kids alike, my sessions will not only help you stay positive and focused, they will help you maintain calm, all while improving your flexibility and confidence.
