I have been an avid practitioner of yoga for 4 years. There was no hesitation for me to take it to the next level and receive my certification. I thoroughly enjoy facilitating space and classes for all. I have a strong interest in psychology and counselling and draw connections between this and yoga.

I believe that yoga is accessible for all and is much more than just postures. I focus on your independent needs and curate practices toward it. My goal is to hold space for people to settle down, slow down, and move gently with themselves. Classes are for anyone from absolute beginner to advanced.
