About Vaishali

I’m Vaishali, a certified Yoga Teacher with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Yoga and 6+ years of teaching experience.

I specialize in personalized Hatha, Vinyasa, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, with classes designed around your body, experience level and personal goals.

Whether you are completely new to yoga, looking to improve flexibility and mobility, wanting to build strength, manage stress, or maintain a consistent wellness routine, I will guide you step-by-step in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

My teaching combines traditional yoga knowledge with practical, easy-to-follow instruction. I focus on proper alignment, mindful breathing, safe movement and helping you feel comfortable and confident in your practice.

I offer live 1-to-1 online sessions in English and welcome students from the USA and around the world.

My online yoga sessions are personalized 1-to-1 classes suitable for complete beginners through experienced practitioners.

Each session is adapted to your goals, fitness level, flexibility and experience. Depending on your needs, we can focus on:
