About Nitin
I am a professionally trained Yoga Teacher with a 2-year Degree in Yoga and an RYT 500-hour Advanced Level Program. My training includes Hatha, Shatkarma and Vinyasa Yoga. I focus on making every class simple, safe and comfortable for my students. Whether you are a beginner or have previous experience, I provide personalized guidance based on your goals, fitness level and comfort. My aim is to help you build strength, flexibility, balance and confidence through regular yoga practice.

My teaching style is simple, friendly and personalised. I understand each student’s goals and fitness level before planning the class. A typical session includes warm-up, breathing exercises, yoga poses, stretching, strength work and relaxation. I explain each pose clearly and provide easier options when needed. My focus is on helping students improve flexibility, strength, balance and confidence. Classes are suitable for beginners, adults and anyone wanting to make yoga a regular part of their lifestyle.
