About Luiza

My passion for yoga began four years ago when I first discovered the practice as a way to manage stress and improve overall well-being. I was seeking a more conscious life, to truly connect with the processes that happen inwards, which makes yoga a lifestyle and a way of living. With over 200 hours of teacher training in hatha yoga, pranayamas and meditation, my main intention is for students to develop their body and mind awareness, as well as physical strength.

About the lesson

The private yoga classes are a unique opportunity for you to have a moment of self-care and personal growth. During these one-on-one sessions, I provide a tailored experience that dives into your specific needs and goals.

During our classes you will receive personalized attention and guidance, allowing for a deeper exploration of the practice. It is a safe and supportive environment where we focus on breathing techniques, meditation and postures.

In this yoga setting, students can experience the benefits of nourishing the body, mind and spirit with yoga. It increase your strength, flexibility, and quietness in a way that ultimately promotes self-care, and self-improvement.
