Hello, my name is Ombeer. I am a certified Yoga Teacher with internationally recognized training in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Meditation, and Yoga Philosophy.
I have 2 years of teaching experience and am passionate about helping people improve their physical health, mental well-being, and overall quality of life through yoga. My teaching style is friendly, supportive, and suitable for students of all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.
I believe yoga is more than just physical exercise—it is a path to balance, self-awareness, and inner peace. My goal is to help students build strength, flexibility, confidence, and mindfulness through a safe and personalized practice.
I offer both online and private yoga classes tailored to each student’s needs and goals.

My yoga classes are designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced students. Each session includes warm-up exercises, yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, and relaxation practices.
I teach Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Meditation, and basic Yoga Philosophy. My classes help improve flexibility, strength, posture, balance, concentration, stress management, and overall well-being.
Whether your goal is physical fitness, weight management, mental peace, or spiritual growth, I will create a personalized yoga practice to suit your needs. Classes are available online and in person.
