About Richa

I am a yoga teacher who loves teaching the knowledge to others. I want other also experience the positive changes in theirselves like i had by regular practice of yoga. I became yoga teacher as I want to do something better for our society.

About the lesson

I am fitness enthusiast, I teach regular yoga sessions online in morning so that entire day one can feel energetic, calm and as well as flexible. You can also feel the difference by regular practice. Yoga helps us to get fit (mentally and physically). It is a path for us to go deeper and experience the inner peace.

I teach pranayama, asana, sukshma vyayama, surya namaskar, meditation, yoga nidra
