About Daniel
I've been practicing Yoga for almost 14 years now. Sometimes people are nervous to try a class even if it's something they would like to try because they're concerned about a teacher correcting form, or their ability to be in a pose. One of the greatest parts of taking a live online Yoga class like mine is that you control the comfort of your space. My classes are relaxed, thoughtful, enjoyable and generally at a slower pace. I enjoy customizing classes to individual needs however, so if someone wants something a little different or has a particular injury, pain or needs special focus in an area, I'm happy to do that even just for a single class.
