About Mahi
I am a friendly and dedicated yoga instructor who enjoys helping students discover the physical and mental benefits of yoga. I believe yoga should be accessible, enjoyable, and comfortable for everyone. I teach with patience and focus on correct posture, breathing, flexibility, balance, and relaxation. I adapt my classes according to each student’s level and goals, creating a positive environment where everyone can learn and improve at their own pace.

My yoga classes are designed to be simple, comfortable, and suitable for beginners as well as students with some experience. I focus on proper posture, breathing techniques, flexibility, balance, strength, and relaxation. Each class is adapted to the student’s level and goals. We begin with a gentle warm-up, followed by yoga asanas and breathing exercises, and finish with relaxation. My aim is to create a friendly and supportive environment where students can learn at their own pace and develop a consistent yoga practice.

Details
Individual classes: ₹2,000 per hour. Small group classes for up to 5 students are also available. Group pricing is ₹500 per student per hour, making it ₹2,500 for 5 students.
