My background as a dance artist greatly influences my yoga teaching practice. I have been dancing for 20+ years, teaching for 10, and working professionally in the freelance scene for 3 .

I approach my clients with a deep sense of care, curiosity, and openness to meet their specific interests & needs.
Sessions run for 1 to 1.5 hours virtually or in person. They can include any combination of meditation, breath work, chair yoga, stretching, yin, vinyasa, and/or personalized videos.
My goal is to provide you with a safe space to connect with your mind, body, & spirit through the practice of yoga. Sessions are open to people of any experience or background!
