About Antonio

Hello, my name is Antonio and I have been a Yoga teacher for 5 years.

I have been trained at the Sadhana school (Training approved by the European Union of Yoga) and at Gabriela Fernandez Argüello's studio.

I teach Hatha Yoga adapted to your needs

Classes can be at home, outdoors or in my studio. I provide you with all the necessary material for the practice.

About the lesson

I teach Hatha Yoga adapted to your needs.

We can start by unloading your body to the ground, calming your thoughts or in a more energetic, vigorous way, depending on your tastes or for example, the time of day :-)

Each class is different, but usually we'll start by exploring the body, warming up the muscles, and delving into their elasticity. We will build the different asanas step by step, always as if it were the first time. In this way, your learning will be more solid and your body will be more attentive to what happens in that moment, in the here and now.

Depending on your experience, I will adapt the content and the degree of difficulty of the asanas.

We usually end the class with a restorative rest, pranayama or in savasana (the position of the dead man) in the traditional way. With this we manage to absorb everything explored during class and calm the nervous system.

I usually send my students audiovisual reinforcement material so that they can practice at home. In this way the student can progress much faster.
