About Vincci
My yoga journey started by self-learning at home, and later yoga studio regularly for a few years. I feel much happier, physically and mentally fit thereafter. To further advance my yoga journey, I went to study yoga in India in 2017, which was one of the best times in my life. After that I dedicated to share my learnings and bring the benefits of yoga to more people. Also sending more love and peace to the world.
I am a certified yoga teacher, certified children and family yoga teacher, stretching instructor, and first-aider. I have been teaching yoga part-time for more than 5 years. I did my yoga teacher training with Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center in India. I am from Hong Kong, I speak English and Chinese.

Hi, I offer online classes that suits your needs. Classes are themed, fun, relaxing and energizing. Let me know which part you want to focus on and we will work it out together.
Yoga is a journey, both physically and mentally, if you are willing to try and do it together with me, the benefits are all yours ;)
My teaching includes Sivananda, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, power yoga, pranayama and stretching. Class length is 1 to 1.5 hr.
Scheduling is flexible base on mutual agreement, highly recommend to schedule at least one class per week to keep up the good work.
Face to face class only if you are around Nottingham.
