About Ankita
I’m Anii, a certified Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga teacher who transitioned from the corporate world to a life centered around wellness. My journey to Yoga began out of personal need to incorporate movement in body, manage burnout, and feel calm-minded. Today, I share this practice because it helped me reconnect with my body, soften my mind, and rebuild my confidence from the inside out. My teaching is grounded, accessible, and intentional, with a focus on mindful movement, breathwork, and long-term well-being.
