Currently pursuing a Master of Public Health at Flinders University, I am passionate about holistic health and wellness. I combine my clinical knowledge with yoga to guide students safely and effectively, helping them improve strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. I am flexible with timing and welcome learners of all ages.

I’m flexible and can accommodate most schedules. I’m available to teach yoga in the mornings, evenings, or on weekends, making it convenient for students with different routines.
I take a holistic and student-centered approach to teaching yoga, focusing on both the physical and mental aspects of wellness. My classes combine breathwork, asanas, and mindfulness techniques tailored to each participant’s experience and needs.
Sessions usually range from 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the focus and participant's preferences.
Suitable for beginners to intermediate learners
