Har session me main step by step asan, pranayam aur relaxation techniques karwati hoon,
taaki student easily follow kar sake.
Class Structure:
Warm-up & Stretching (5–10 min)
Yoga Asanas (Surya Namaskar, standing & sitting poses)
️ Pranayam (Anulom Vilom, Kapalbhati, Bhramari)
Meditation aur Relaxation (Shavasana, Om chanting)
Special Focus:
️ Weight loss aur inch loss
️ Stress aur anxiety relief
️ Flexibility aur posture improve karna
️ Breathing control aur energy balance
Classes individual aur group dono format me available hain.
