About Diya
Yoga came into my life early, having grown up in India. For over eight years, I've made yoga a part of my daily routine. Last year, I attended a 10-day Vipassana silent retreat. This experience gave me new insights and inspired me to further deepen my yoga practice by taking a yoga teacher training course in Goa, India.
I have been teaching yoga for a year and next to that, I'm a master's student in Medicine. This medical background helps me guide people with extra attention to anatomy, posture, and safe movement.
For me, yoga is a way to find balance in a busy life, and I like to share that experience with others.
