About Amal
Hello,
Myself I'm Amaljith qualified yoga teacher. Yoga is my passion which I used to do along with my other activities, currently I'm part qualified ACCA student. I was able to manage and contro my emotions through yoga, nowadays most people are suffering from anxiety, stress and issues that is affecting mental health, through relaxation techniques all these can be in our control, which I achieved so I'm confident that I will be able to help you.
