About Devi

I’m a certified Yoga Instructor and Dietitian, teaching since 2018. With over 6 years of experience, I’ve helped many individuals—both men and women—transform their health, mind, and lifestyle through gentle yoga, mindful practices, and practical diet plans. I also hold deep knowledge in emotional healing and stress management, and I believe health is not just physical—it’s emotional, mental, and spiritual too. Currently, I’m pursuing my LLB (4th year), which has deepened my understanding of discipline, structure, and empathy. My mission is to make wellness accessible, simple, and comforting for everyone—right from the comfort of your home. I offer online sessions tailored to each individual’s needs, energy, and goals. Let’s work together to create balance and confidence in your life.
