About Lauren
You can count on me to be on time, prepared, detail-oriented, communicative, eager, open, & present. I have been working with private clients & groups for the past few years and am looking to expand my practice.
This experience can include guided meditation, breath work, chair yoga, stretching, yin asana, vinyasa & personalized videos.

I approach my clients with a deep sense of care, curiosity, and openness to meet their specific interests & needs.
Sessions run for 1 to 1.5 hours virtually or in person. They can include any combination of meditation, breath work, and yoga asana sequencing. Sessions are open to people of any experience or background!
My goal is to provide you a safe space to connect with your mind, body, & spirit through the practice of yoga.
