About Jay
I am a dedicated fitness enthusiast, nutrition advocate, and registered yoga teacher with a deep passion for holistic wellness. My teaching integrates mindful movement with breath and awareness, guiding students to build a stronger connection between body and mind. With years of experience, I bring a well-rounded understanding of yogic philosophy, physical fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being.
Originally from India, I currently live in Hamilton, New Zealand with my family. I am a devoted follower of Paramhansa Yogananda and a practitioner of Kriya Yoga.
