About Carlie
I’m a NYC-based professional dancer and movement instructor with a BFA in Dance from Marymount Manhattan College. I’m also a Yoga Sculpt instructor with CorePower Yoga, bringing a strong, athletic, and mindful approach to teaching. I value professionalism, clear communication, and creating a supportive environment where students feel confident, capable, and empowered in their movement.

My Yoga Sculpt lessons are structured, supportive, and tailored to each individual’s goals. I use a strength based, mindful approach that blends proper technique, clear instruction, and encouragement. A typical session includes a guided warmup where we will set an intention for the remainder of our time together, focused strength work, and time flow with confidence. What sets me apart is my background as both a professional dancer and Yoga Sculpt instructor, allowing me to create safe, effective, and empowering sessions. My lessons are for all levels, from beginners to advanced movers, including adults looking to build strength, confidence, and a deeper mind-body connection.
