About Saumya
Hello, I am a passionate Hatha Yoga teacher. I have been practicing for multiple years and got certified from the Sivananda Ashram, India in 2019 where I lived, learned, and taught amongst great Yoga Gurus. I was a Software Engineer for 10 years before I quit my job to pursue my love for Yoga and share it with the world.

My Group Classes are a beginner and moderate level friendly,
I teach Pranayam, a few Hatha flows including Surya Namaskar for warming up and Asanas practice.
I introduce variations and modifications of each posture to fit different body types and fitness levels. I believe Yoga is for everyone, every age, every body type, and hence encourage my students to listen to their bodies and develop a deeper mind-body connection during the class. The classes are driven and meditative, and the flows are planned around full-body mobility, flexibility, and strength
