About Sammi
During my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India I was trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin style yoga classes. I have ongoing training including guiding sound therpay, teaching restorative yoga, teaching pranayama and leading meditation groups. My diverse training has equipped me with knowledge and tools to engage with a wide range of individuals and address their specific needs on their wellness journeys, however, I am strongly committed to continuous learning from both my students and my personal practice.

I am dedicated to providing a nurturing space for beginners and intermediate yogis to explore the transformative powers of yoga. My main focus is on creating a safe and welcoming environment for individuals of all experience and skill levels. In each practice we will find connection with the breath and movement to decrease stress and anxiety, increase strength and flexibility, and ultimately find balance and peace from within.
