About Sydney
I've been a two year old teacher since 2010, with a heavy focus on mindfulness and emotional wellness. Since becoming certified and registered, I've incorporated trauma informed vinyassa yoga and mindfulness in my classroom with my two year olds. I'm ready to branch out from my tiny students and begin helping my community on a larger scale. Yoga and mindful meditation have done so much for me. I've watched the practice transform my life and my classroom, and I'm eager to share it here on this much larger scale!
