About Valentina

I discovered the world of yoga several years ago when I was looking for an escape from the Milanese chaos, after 4 years of daily practice I decided to take a path to start teaching, a path that lasted two years.

About the lesson

My approach to teaching changes according to the students in front of me, I think it is important to understand and accompany each person respecting their body and their skills and needs, I am available for targeted lessons on request.
