Hi, I am Erica, a 500hr certified yoga teacher has been practicing Yoga diligently for 8 years. I believe Yoga is for everyone. Practicing yoga brings you positive energy, flexibility and great mindset to your daily life. My yoga journey has proved that. I will be grateful to be part of your yoga journey. Genuine, passionate, warm-hearted with great passion and positive energy - that is me :)

About the lesson

I am dedicated to guide you to perform correct asanas/poses in a safe and caring manner.

I will provide you full knowledge of each pose.

My aim is to set a good foundation for your future self-practice or attending group class. Rather than give you a fish, I will teach you how to fish.

After searching online I came across Superprof.
I searched trainers in Excel and came across Erica.
Well i was very impressed with the Knowledge Erica had provided to me. I had a few major Issues with my spreadsheet, Erica explained it in plain English to me which made me clearly now understand Excel and what i was trying to achieve.
Many Thanks Erica, you've saved a lot time and heart ache for me.
I would DEFINETLEY recommend Erica if you have any issues or training in Excel.
