I'm Candrashekar, a yoga trainer. I'll teach (Hatha, Vinyasa, Pranayama, meditation, and advanced yoga for competition level, weight loss and PCOD, PCOS, Iyengar yoga) to help you relax, increase flexibility, and feel better. for all levels. Classes help with flexibility, stress, and well-being. You can join my online yoga classes. 2 years of working experience in Bilva Yogashala as a Yoga Instructor, Ashramam classes at Mahaboobnagar as a Yoga trainer for 3 months and also worked as a Yoga trainer at Budha Yoga Studio for 5 months. Trained a 12-year-old girl through online classes and she secured a Bronze medal in the International Yoga Championship. Online Yoga Classes for various age groups.

A post-graduate in Yoga Therapy with a strong base in Yogic Psychology and Physiology. I will teach yoga to students of all levels (beginner to advanced) Hatha, Vinyasa, Pranayama, meditation, and advanced yoga for competition level, weight loss and PCOD, PCOS, Iyengar yoga (both group and personal classes). My classes help create a stress-free space. I'll also teach meditations to improve focus on work. Doing yoga stress-free helps you chase your dream, improve concentration, and even supports weight loss. A five-time state-level gold medalist, participated in several national competitions committed to holistic healing through traditional yogic practices.
