About Irene

More than 10 years of experience preparing students for official Cambridge exams (FCE, CAE, CPE) and others such as TOEFL, TOEIC, Trinity ..., etc. I also teach English to children and teenagers and have demonstrable in-company experience (at Acuamed, Tinsa, ADL Automotive).

About the lesson

I offer both single and 5-pack or 10-pack English classes, including specific, intensive and eminently practical lessons to prepare for exams, events or job interviews. 95% FCE and CAE pass among my students at the Heisenberg Academy in Madrid (demonstrable).

"I have been teaching Arantxa on a two weekly basis and she is already starting to show signs of improvement in her speaking. We are also using our classes to review grammar and vocabulary."
He estado enseñando a Arantxa dos veces por semana y ella ya está empezando a mostrar signos de mejora en su discurso. También estamos utilizando nuestras clases para revisar la gramática y el vocabulario.

"Sonia has decided to take the Aptis exam, so we are working on it, 2 hours per week. She seems to be prepared, although she will have to be careful with time, it´s a fast exam!"
Sonia ha decidido tomar el examen Aptis, así que estamos trabajando en ello, 2 horas por semana. Parece estar preparada, aunque tendrá que tener cuidado con el tiempo, ¡es un examen rápido!

Me parece que es una persona muy organizada y responsable. Conoce mucho el idioma y explica de manera clara. Siempre te dice las cosas buenas que haces, es decir que refuerza más lo positivo antes que remarcar lo negativo cosa que me ha llamado la atención y me ha ayudado mucho a tener confianza en mi.
Tiene mucha paciencia y siempre saca lo mejor de ti.
He aprobado con ella el FCE a la primera y no dudaría en volver al tenerla de profesora.
