About Bren

Having travelled for many years and picked up so many skills and temporary professions, yoga has always been the beating heart under everything I've undertaken. It's kept me light, capable, resilient and playful in the face of all I meet and it is with great honour that I share what I have learned.

About the lesson

I care about empowering people in giving themselves the space and tools they need to delve a little deeper into what they want and why they do the things they do. This can be as simple as just taking some time to tune into the breath to developing a regular movement and meditation practice. Yoga is the art of life and I really believe that there's something enriching in there for absolutely everyone.
