About Dylan

Hi, I’m Dylan Wang, an 11th-grade student currently excelling in AP Calculus BC. I understand how challenging math can be because I’ve faced those same struggles myself. This experience allows me to connect with students on a deeper level and explain concepts in ways that truly make sense. I’m passionate about helping others overcome their challenges, build confidence, and realize their potential in math. As a tutor, I’m patient, encouraging, and adaptable, tailoring my lessons to fit each student’s unique learning style and needs. Whether you’re strengthening foundational skills or tackling advanced calculus, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

About the lesson

Teaching Method and Techniques:
I focus on breaking down complex concepts into simple, relatable steps. I use real-world examples and interactive problem-solving to make math engaging and easier to understand.

A Typical Lesson Plan:
Each session begins with a review of the student’s current knowledge and any homework or problem areas. We’ll work through key concepts together, practice problems step-by-step, and end with a quick review or preview of upcoming topics to ensure confidence moving forward.
