My method of teaching is based on how the individual learns, so if you learn through speaking more than typing, I will focus more on speaking but build up your confidence with reading and writing /typing in a way that doesn't overwhelm you, but instead encourages and builds your confidence.

Details
If for whatever reason I am unable to do a lesson with you I will organize to either not charge for the lesson or reschedule to a time and date that suits both parties.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice you will still be charged for the lesson (except in exceptional circumstances), but if given more than 48 hours notice we can rearrange the lesson or if you have prepaid and no longer wish to continue lessons, we can organize a refund for you.
