About Douglas
I am a professional Business English Trainer who has worked with Nike, Pfizer, HSBC, Google, and many other Fortune 500 companies. In addition to that I am also a certified IELTS and Cambridge Examiner.
I offer a wide range of courses, including communication across cultures, professional presentation skills, effective email writing, persuasive speaking, project management, consultative sales techniques, and many, many more. I give you the skills needed to succeed in today's ultra-competitive global business environment.
I have held positions in China, Myanmar, Saudi Arabia, Canada and have been working in Taipei for the past few years. These experiences have taught me how to engage with people from many different cultures giving me a keen understanding of how to bridge the communication gap between Asian and Western colleagues.
