About Jamil

My experience as an English teacher has been aimed at providing private one-to-one and group classes to foreigners who have arrived in Sydney, Australia.
This includes:
-Providing training for IELTS examination components
-Tutoring students with after school homework.
-Conversation sessions with students over many months to strengthen their English levels.

I am currently working as a corporate English teacher in Madrid and provide 1-1 and group classes to corporate professionals and CEOs to build their capacity in business English.
This includes:
-Proof reading documents including: submissions, corporate documents and letters, ect ...
-Training and preparation for corporate presentations, job interviews, policy interpretation and drafting.
-General English grammar rules to increase confidence in corporate communication.
-Preparing employees for business meetings, teleconferences, business deals, compliance based investigations, etc ...
-Introducing and strengthening business specific vocabulary for employees to use with international organizations.

I have over nine years teaching experience as a teacher in Australia and have worked with a variety of ages and cultures in enhancing my teaching methodology.
In addition to this, I have a degree in psychology, I am TESOL qualified and have worked as a corporate project manager, contract manager and case worker for the Australian Government.

My name is Jamil from Sydney, Australia. I am offering my services for English language classes and conversations in the center of Madrid with a primary focus on business English.

Other then English, I also speak four other languages, which allows me to have an in depth knowledge of Latin and non-Latin based grammar and provides additional assistance in explaining necessary concepts.
My specialities include:

- Providing detailed assistance with grammar and sentence structure

My prices are a net rate of 15 Euros / H for the following services:

1-3 students: Conversation class / private tutorial groups consisting of 4 or more students will be an additional 10 Euros / H per student
* These prices do not include travel expenses if off-site Classes: Prices are open to discussion based on student numbers and student level / requirements and distance from center of Madrid. Proof reading: 1 Euro per page (200 words).
This can be negotiated for larger documents and documents with minimal writing per page. Please enquire for additional pricing packages.
