Welcome to Buildwise. I am a Philippine Registered Professional Civil Engineer, engineering educator, and experienced construction management practitioner with extensive professional experience in the Philippines and the Middle East.

My background combines college-level engineering teaching with hands-on professional experience in engineering design and design review, construction management and supervision, project planning and coordination, QA/QC, construction safety, tendering, contracts, hydrology, water resources, and civil and structural engineering.

Throughout my career, I have been involved in a wide range of projects, including dams and water-retention structures, airports and runways, roads, irrigation and water-supply systems, water and wastewater treatment facilities, residential and government buildings, schools, and other major infrastructure projects.
