Hi, I'm Christine. I believe Yoga is key to living well. I began my own Yoga journey over 20 years ago and now offer gentle, mindful Yoga classes through thoughtful and precise instruction. I provide private lessons for discerning clients in their home, who value privacy, working to their timescale and discretion.
