About Julian
Hi all, I'm Julian! I am a central New York native who loves the outdoors. I'm a junior studying mechanical engineering at CU Boulder. I like to mountain bike, snowboard, and play basketball in my free time. I've always enjoyed teaching people math and physics because I'm so passionate about it. I will teach ANY level of math or physics from the middle school to high school level. YES, even you AP and IB students can get my help.
Every lesson plan is tailored to a specific student because no two people learn the same. However, we will always start with a basic analysis of the student's strengths and weaknesses and a quiz to see how they learn best. From there, I will develop a lesson plan of their preferred duration to help them reach their goals!
My teaching philosophy: There is no such thing as a "Math Brain" or an "English Brain". With the right examples of real-life application, and enough discipline, anyone can be good at math.
