About Kriez
I am a qualified black belt instructor teaching Shotokan karate to both children and adults. I have been doing karate since I was 12 years old and have joined several competitions winning some silver and gold medals in kata and kumite. I have a long experience teaching children and adults. I also had students in their 70's who have enjoyed my classes.
In my years of doing karate, I realized that it is not only a good way to exercise but a good skill to acquire.

I am a qualified black belt karate instructor with a license from Japan to teach Shotokan karate. The length of the lesson is for one hour that start with warm-up exercises. Training is done by example and getting the student to perform the moves themselves. Karate is for both children and adults. Ideal age for a child is 6 or 7 years old. I also teach karate for older adults.
