About Amy
I’m a popular coach for beginners and kids. I train people from 5 to 60+ year old at Wimbledon Muay Thai in East Auckland. I offer personal training at your home to suit your busy lifestyle.
I'm trained in Muay Thai, Krav Maga, and Tai chi. I complete professionally in kickboxing. In 2023, I was a IKBF NZ Kickboxing Champion title contender.
As a small female fighter, I rely on my technical skills to stay safe and generate power. In my own training, I focus on striking techniques, so I can maximise the impact of my strikes. As a coach, I am known for breaking down and explaining complex techniques in simple words, as well as my patience and warmth towards everyone.
Martial arts transformed me into a much braver and more confident person. I'd love to share the power of martial arts with you!

Kickboxing is a great way to get fit and release the stress from the day!
My lessons can be customised to your wants and needs. A typical lesson includes: a warm-up, kickboxing techniques, fitness-focused kickboxing training, and optional strength and conditioning training.
I'm a friendly coach who will adjust the exercises to suit your current fitness level, to ensure the training's safe and effective.
I come to your home with the training gears for these lessons. You will need a shaded area with good ventilation. For example, a workout area in the living room, a garage, a shaded area in the backyard.
I also provide guidance and support on nutrition and overall-wellbeing.

FREE 30 mins trials for new clients.
The prices are the same for individual clients and groups up to 3 participants.
