About Blue
Hello! I am a Biomedicine graduate and a passionate science educator with 8.5 years of teaching experience. Over nearly a decade in the classroom and online, I have dedicated myself to making science accessible, exciting, and structured for learners of all backgrounds, with a particular expertise in supporting Special Educational Needs (SEN) students.
My scientific background gives me a deep understanding of human biology and medical sciences, which I love bringing to life for my students. I don't just teach facts for an exam; I help students see how science connects to the real world.
When I am not teaching, you will usually find me exploring the outdoors or in the gym. I am an avid powerlifter, which has taught me the value of discipline, patience, and celebrating small personal victories—mindsets I bring directly into my teaching. I also have a deep love for nature, and I frequently bring that passion for the natural world into my lessons to make concepts more vivid and engaging.
Whether you need a confidence boost, tailored neurodivergent support, or a bit of extra help to master complex topics, I am here to provide a calm, encouraging, and highly effective learning environment.

Inspiring, patient, and tailored online science tuition for every learner.
Struggling to connect with science, or need a calm, structured approach to reach your full potential? With 8.5 years of classroom teaching experience and a genuine passion for making Biology, Chemistry, and Physics click, I help students build real confidence.
Science is all about curiosity. I create a relaxed environment where asking questions is always encouraged.
I offer support across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and GCSE Science, focusing on clear concepts, steady practice, and low-stress exam techniques.
My dedicated, empathetic approach has also proven to help anxious or neurodivergent learners thrive. My supportive 1-to-1 lessons are designed around how your brain works.

Blue is a fantastic science teacher. I worked with Blue for a number of years in a school setting, and she is brilliant. She's great at building relationships with students, she's patient and takes the time to support and help each student, and treats everyone as an individual. Blue is great at explaining different concepts in an easy way to understand and adapts the learning to suit the student. She is fun, energetic, and a joy to work with!
