About Alice
I'm Alice, an English teacher in elementary schools based in Turin. Although I am fully Italian, I have spent most of my life living abroad - especially in China - where I attended international schools in English.
I did 4 years of university in England - a three-year degree in English Literature and a Master's in Creative Writing - and I spent many years living and working in London, especially in the world of publishing and events.
A few years ago I returned to Italy where I qualified as a TEFL English teacher, and since 2020 I have been working in an elementary school in Turin. Over the years I have however continued to give private English lessons, with students of all ages, so I have experience teaching both large groups and one-to-one lessons.

I am available for lessons for all levels of English. My lessons are composed of exercises in grammar, reading, conversation and pronunciation, but I can also adapt according to the needs of the student.
I have a background in the world of writing and publishing, so I can also give support in the editing and formation of essays and longer writing exercises.
I mainly rely on the Cambridge English system (A1-C2)
I can also give additional support to a preexisting English course, providing extra materials based on requests.
I am bilingual in all respects in English and Italian, so the lessons can be held in both languages according to the level of the student as well.
I have experience teaching both adults and children.
