About Jan
I am a college student, currently studying as an interior designer and loves to practice creative writing, publishing fictional works whenever I possibly can. Although I am not studying with an English Major, I am well-versed in the art of learning English as a second language, and I would love to share my knowledge on how to achieve your goals successfully without having to compromise too much on having fun while learning. I've been writing, speaking, and using English as my primary language for over 10 years.

My teaching methods are using pop culture in forms of music, tv shows, and movies as a way to learn and have a better understanding of the English language. It makes it so that it is much easier and more fun to learn English and understand how concepts of Western Culture affect the function of the language as a whole. English is my 2nd language so I found that by using this method, learning a language doesn't feel as much of a chore as it should be.
