About Heyli
I love helping others improve whether it be through stretching, relaxing, or strengthening physically, emotionally and mentally. I decided I loved yoga and wanted to understand it and how to teach it to others so I stopped in Bali Indonesia during my solo world travel to become 200-RYT Certified. I love having this knowledge apply throughout my daily life and to share with others.
