About Ida
I have always had movement as a central part of my lifestyle. I started as a ski instructor when I was 15, since then I have lived and worked in Germany, Bosnia, Japan, Korea and South Africa. Today I teach students from all over the world and am the only certified Budokon teacher in Sweden.

Budokon means "The Way of the Warrior Spirit" and is a system for mixed movement art that integrates martial arts, yoga, calisthenics and animal locomotion. Budokon was created in 2001 by founder Cameron Shayne, who is considered the father of the mixed movement art. The system currently has more than 1,000 teachers worldwide.
A Budokon mixed motion artist is a true warrior yoga who studies striking, gripping, yoga, calisthenics and animal locomotion.
