Pronunciation training, idiomatic phrasing, and high level reading comprehension define my core instructional focus. I admit that sometimes teaching phrasal verbs to newcomers feels more like solving a complex puzzle than delivering a standard lecture. Having 13 years of teaching behind me, I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a TESOL certification from Concordia University. My students range from Grade 3 newcomer kids to adults finding their footing in Canada through music and language together.
