About Shelby
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Graduate Certificate of Tesol. I have a strong dedication to ESL education and have been able to instruct a wide variety of students from various backgrounds and facets of society. I had experience at the Australasian Language College in Sydney which has compelled me to further my ESL teaching career.

My teaching method allows me to become sensitive to students’ unique needs, learn differentiation in instruction, provide group and individual support as well as consistently exercising compassion and positive encouragement.
I believe it is important to develop comprehensive and stimulating lesson material to reach all learning styles. This has led me to consistently research, locate and incorporate a variety of resources that reflect the necessary learning content.
