About Jodi
Jodi Fuchs is an award winning contemporary abstract painter. She began her art career working as a decorative painter for 20+ years in Los Angeles and New Mexico.
She's painted movie and music video sets (Barton Fink, Red Hot Chili Peppers), the homes of celebrities (Candice Bergen, Lily Tomlin, Bette Midler, Burt Bacharach, Patricia Arquette) as well as spa and resort properties (The Lodge at Vail, The Lodge at Pebble Beach).
Most recently an assortment of her paintings (over 1000 prints) appears in 200+ hotel rooms for the new LA Live Marriott Hotel in downtown Los Angeles. This is one of many national hotel installations of her abstract paintings.
Fuchs’ work appeared on 100k wine labels for Georges Duboeuf’s Beaujolais Nouveau after winning a grant for the project. She was also awarded a gallery space on Santa Monica’s Main Street in Los Angeles for 6 months after submitting the winning painting from over 200 applicants.
She is a best selling artist for art publishers with nearly 500 paintings licensed. Her work has sold at Target, Crate and Barrel, Z gallerie and more.

I've created award winning art and sell my abstract paintings to a global audience. I want to help you make great work!
I will teach you about color, composition, rhythm, how to trust your internal muse and why there are no mistakes, just "happy accidents" like Bob Ross said. Plus, we'll have FUN and learn to enjoy the process of art making by quelling the inner critic and letting creativity flow fearlessly.
