About Madison

My path to yoga teaching is rooted in a lifelong relationship with holistic health. Alongside my RYT-200 certification, I bring a background in medical-grade water therapy, herbalism and mind-body practices that has shaped the way I understand the body as an interconnected system — not just a collection of muscles to stretch.

Academically, I hold a degree in International Business with a minor in Mandarin Chinese, which speaks to my love of structure, cross-cultural communication and the discipline it takes to truly master something. That same rigor flows directly into how I design and deliver my classes: every session has a clear framework, a pedagogical intention and a logical progression from theory to application. You will always leave understanding not just what you did, but why.

I have been a dedicated yoga practitioner for 10 years and have been guiding students through somatic and yoga experiences for 2 years. My background in ESL teaching (TEFL certified) also means I am practiced at breaking down complex concepts with clarity and patience, adapting my communication style to each individual student.

Whether you are brand new to yoga or returning to deepen your practice, you can expect professionalism, preparation and a teacher who genuinely cares about your progress — in body, mind and spirit.

About the lesson

Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an existing practice, my classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are. As an in-progress RYT-200 certified teacher, I blend the structural foundations of Hatha, Yin, Kundalini and Restorative yoga with breathwork (Pranayama), chakra awareness, meditation and somatic exploration — creating a space that nourishes both body and soul.

What sets my approach apart is the balance between structure and intuition. Each session is thoughtfully organized with a clear arc — from grounding and breath awareness, through mindful movement, to deep integration — while remaining fluid enough to honor what you genuinely need on any given day. I tune in to the energy of each student and weave in intuitive insights alongside the anatomical and technical cues, so every class feels both safe and alive.

My sessions are ideal for beginners seeking a gentle, supportive introduction to yoga, intermediate practitioners looking to go deeper, and anyone navigating stress, anxiety or emotional fatigue. We practice online or in nature settings around Paris, letting the environment itself become part of the healing.
