About Rebeca
I am a third year art history and graphic design student at the University of British Columbia, I have been practicing art and design since middle school and high school where I received the IGCSE and IB certificates for Fine Arts and I am now acquiring my art history degree at UBC.

I work with a blend of both demonstrator and facilitator teaching methods I believe it is important to promote self-learning as this helps students develop critical thinking skills and retain knowledge that leads to self-actualization. When it comes to teaching art I believe it is important to demonstrate how to perfection the technique beforehand in order to get the students comfortable with the medium itself and this is where my demonstrator technique comes into play.
