About Stefania
I am an artist, polyglot and lover of languages. I speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, German and have beginner to intermediate level Italian. I have been singing, performing, writing and teaching for many years and deeply love the work I do and adding my colors and spirit to any classroom or dynamic. I love to break the mental barriers we have when learning a new language as well as making it something fun and meaningful beyond just a skill for work. When you focus on the foundation, the skill will naturally be honed.

My focus first and foremost is that you use the language in a very practical way to your life and the things that interest you. This is how it starts to stick. We start with typical situations and begin to build vocabulary and verb usage so as to create fluidity no matter the level you are starting at. I prefer to implement and practice conversation from the beginning unless the student is a complete beginner. This approach is the closest to learning in a fully immersive environment.
I am also a great believer in the power of the mind and our limiting beliefs concerning learning, especially as an adult. I feel English or Spanish can be wonderful tools used for inner expansion, self discovery, and a deeper connection with the world.
